Education
Wandong - Heathcote Junction has an excellent kindergarten and primary school. Secondary school students travel to either the Whittlesea Secondary College, Broadford High School, Assumption College Kilmore or the International School Kilmore. School bus services operate to Whittlesea and Broadford, about a 25 minute journey. A private school bus is available to Assumption College but students attending other Kilmore schools require private transport.
