WANDONG - HEATHCOTE JCT SPORTS & COMMUNITY CENTRE
The Wandong & Heathcote Junction Community Centre is available for hire for meetings, activities, parties etc. This facility offers two large rooms both carpeted, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and stove, toilets & showers including disabled facilities, private office area, fully heated and large room air-conditioned, tables & chairs for up to 100 people. Commercial Hire $400.00 per day or 24 hrs
Private/Commercial hire
Day use (to 6pm) $20.00 per hour
Evening Use (after 6pm) $40.00 per hour Minimum 2 hours
Fri, Sat, Sun nights $260.00 (7pm until 1am)
$60.00 per hour after 1am
NON PROFIT GROUPS $11.00 per hour
All Prices include GST
SECURITY BONDS
The bond is fully refundable provided the Centre and its surrounds are left clean and tidy and all conditions of hire have been met. After an inspection of the Centre and the keys returned the bond will be refunded by cheque.
The Bond and all hiring fees including copies of insurance certificates must be paid before collection of keys.
Private Parties $150.00
Commercial Functions $300.00
21st Parties $300.00
We do not take bookings for any parties for teenage children's parties at night time.
It is the responsibility of the Hirer to clean the facility and its surrounds after each function. Cleaning equipment is provided.
A charge for cleaning the facility can be arranged at $35.00 per hour extra if you would prefer this arrangement rather than the HIRER cleaning the facility.
INSURANCE
A copy of your property or business public liability insurance document is required. Public liability is included on your home insurance policy and as this is a private function for your family & friends this policy will cover this event. If you do not have home property insurance you will have to take out insurance cover separately for this event and a copy provided before taking possession of the keys for the venue.
The inside of the Centre is a NO SMOKING area.
The Centre is security alarmed.

THE WANDONG STADIUM
You may have noticed the developments down at the reserve - yes it's all happening! Building of our new stadium has begun with the steel frame now up. Representatives of the reserve committee have met with Mitchell Shire representatives and the project manager to ensure the communication is clear and concise. These such meetings will now occur on a regular basis as final decisions are made. Whilst there may be some minor disruptions during the construction stage, the final result will be well worth it. Plans for the stadium will be on display in the coming weeks at the reserve. Rhonda Cole (Secretary)
